Company Profile: Successful and expanding outsourcer, circa 500 FTE, for contact centre operations. Key Skills / Experience Required: Technical and professional HR and Training knowledge Call Centre and Telesales Business Acumen Financial Management Project budgets, staff costs including training People Management
• At least 3 years experience of Learning, Training and Development at a strategic level.
• A broad knowledge in Training concepts and practices with the ability to implement pragmatic solutions
• A good understanding of employment law
• Effective communication, influence and negotiation skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience of managing and coaching managers and training professionals
• Proven financial competence and understanding of budgets Role Profile: In partnership with operations, client services and the wider HR team- to ensure all staff are trained and developed to meet business needs. You will manage the training team to meet stretching business objectives, this role also involves dealing with Employee Relations. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver consistent, high quality results through the team,
• Establish an effective training structure within the call centre operation taking into account the objectives of the business and in liaison with senior management.
• Ensure a first class Training service are provided in line with regulatory and best practice requirements and within the corporate framework.
