Details: Large Financial Services Institution has a critical requirement for a Senior Operations Director to provide operational direction to 3 large contact centre sites in the UK and Europe. This role is due to massive and rapid expansion and provides the key strategic and operational interface between the 3 sites. The role will involve direct line management for 3 x Site Operations Directors all who have responsibility for approximately 250 FTE. The Senior Operations Director will be an experienced Business Operations Manager and will be viewed as a 'Best in Class' contact centre specialist who has extensive experience of managing an entire business operation from people to budgets. Essential Skills: Senior Operations Management experience in a large (500+) multi-site (at least 2 sites) contact centre environment. Experience of managing sites outside of the UK and preferably within Europe Extensive experience of the Financial Services sector with full understanding of FSA requirements and regulations. Inspirational leadership and the ability and experience to provide and develop an on-going strategic direction to the entire operation Experience of the outsourcing sector is also extremely beneficial either from an in-sourced or out-sourced perspective.
