Details: Our client a rapidly growing outsourcer of contact centre services has the requirement for an Operations Director to head up their multi-sited UK business. With a number of UK sites our client is growing rapidly on the back of a number of recent major contractual successes and requires someone who has the ability, commercial acumen, drive and determination to continue to develop and grow the organisation within this competitive market. Reporting into the Chief Exec the successful candidate will possess the following experience:
• Experience of leading a multi-sited Contact Centre business
• Demonstrable commercial experience preferably within the outsourcing sector
• Experience of the financial services industry would be a distinct advantage This is a superb, challenging role within a young, but highly successful organisation. Package: c£100k + executive package
