Company Profile: Multi Campaign Blended Call Centre Size of Team / Contact Centre: Circa 500 FTE Key Skills / Experience Required:
• Minimum 2 years Dialler management experience in and outbound
• Outsourced campaign experience preferred
• In depth knowledge of Outbound Predictive Diallers - Davox Ideal
• Experience of data and reporting tools
• Dialler Team management experience
• Analytical skills and ability to interpret MI and reports
• Ofcom regulations expert Role Profile of Dialler Manager:
• To ensure the dialler s availability at all times and maintain smooth delivery of calls
• To ensure adherence to DMA Guidelines
• To Liaise with Clients on Campaign requirements
• Establish correct volumes for campaign requirements
• To work closely with the managers to define and maintain calling schedules across 3 sites
• To continually improve the process of data loading, selection, targeting and forecasting.
• Liaise with the CRM team to ensure complete consistency in data supply, tracking and forecasting. Key Responsibilities:
• To produce reports on a daily, weekly monthly basis
• To co-ordinate a wide range of client campaigns to achieve maximum impact through dialler activity- Call Blending
• To manage and develop the Dialler Team effectively
• Constantly analyse campaign and agent performance
• To Develop call Strategies
• To ensure maximum utilisation
