Job Description:
Details: A modern, forward thinking and progressive organisation are looking for an experienced Telemarketing Account Manager to join their successful operation. Based at their prestigious new offices this is a fantastic opportunity for an inspired and creative individual who enjoys working with a diverse client base including major blue chips on Key Campaigns. Working tactically and strategically with their clients the Account Manager will be responsible for meeting their objectives and ensuring these are briefed successfully into the Operational Team. They will need to be proactive in recognising growth potential within accounts and recommending effective ways forward for the client to ensure successful long-term, profitable relationships and good solid business growth. The Account Manager will be responsible for sourcing and setting up new business as well as managing existing clients. They will need to be adept at grasping client requirements quickly and will able to recommend the most effective solutions to those. They will need to be able to manage the implementation and set up processes of a new campaign from end to end. Skills and Competencies required:
• Self motivated and results driven
• People Management skills - evidence of involvement and a genuine intent to foster and encourage the learning and development of others.
• Client handling skills - proven record of responsibility for successful handling of client accounts within a contact centre / telemarketing organisation
• Negotiation skills - Whilst ensuring that the objectives set by the shareholders are met, still deliver excellence through managing the clients expectations
• Presentation skills - proven ability and experience in presenting Client Management:
• The Account Manager will be ultimately responsible for the client relationship.
• Develop a Client Business Plan for each client and ensure that regular meetings are held to review the progress of that campaign against the Plan.
• Responsible for the interpretation of the Clients requirements and objectives.
• Proactive in suggesting recommended solutions and ways in which existing campaigns could be improved.
• Responsible for all processes and documentation such as Proposals, Fee Agreements, Invoices and Confidentiality Agreements, and will need to ensure these are set up and kept up to date at all times.
