p>Outsourced Agency Manager To £35K + Benefits + Car Hotel and Leisure chain. Our client is closing down their internal Contact Centre and outsourcing their operations from the middle of June. They are looking to recruit an Account Manager to work with the various key stakeholders within the business (essentially the different brand teams) and ensure that all strategy is properly communicated to the Outsourced partner. You will directly manage the relationship with the Outsourcer and work closely with them to ensure they are on brand and on target! You will either currently be managing an Outsourced relationship or alternatively working for an Outsourced Agency in their Client Services department. Experience within the Leisure industry would be a plus! London with frequent travel.
