The Regional Sales and Service Manager will be responsible for managing 50 staff and 4 Team Leaders in a centre handling both incoming orders from customers as well as making outbound calls to regular customers to collect repeat/new orders. Accordingly the Sales and Service Manager will be expected to possess experience in both sales and customer service management. As part of the Senior Management team the Sales and Service Manager will also contribute towards national customer service strategy, helping to shape processes and KPI s to continually improve service. They will also be responsible for developing the team to achieve revenue targets from customer orders. Applicants will be expected to possess superb customer service management skills as well as ideally having managed an inbound or outbound call centre sales function. The ability to motivate and develop a team, providing coaching and guidance for Team Leaders and Agents, will also be essential. The centre operates between 7am-6pm Mon-Fri and 7am-12pm on Saturdays and whilst the Sales and Service Manager will commonly work 9am-5pm Mon-Fri they will be expected to offer flexibility to work outside these hours as required. Due to the location of the centre applicants should also ideally have access to their own transport. In addition to a competitive basic salary this role offers a car/car allowance, performance related bonus scheme and benefits including 25 days holiday.
