The Company A market leader within financial services. Role Key to the role is issue resolution. As may be expected, there are a large number of issues and questions raised around the systems and vendors managed by Client Services. It will be expected that the successful applicant will become involved in the lifecycle of an issue from receiving it, through investigation to implementation of solution, both personally and through team members. The successful applicant will take a leading role in the relationships with the external suppliers, working with them to meet external SLAs, particularly in delivering service. Undertaking regular service reviews with key vendors to ensure business requirements continue to be met, whilst identifying areas for improvement in service or functionality as part of driving the business forward. Knowledge and Experience
• Experience of working in a support or development function
• Working for a bank with a credit or debit card programme
• Working in a vendor management or support team, with customer contact
• One year's team management experience
• Ability to work under pressure, maintaining very high levels of attention to detail
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Must be able to think before acting
