Job Description:

THE COMPANY This is an excellent opportunity to join this AAA rated banking organization in shaping and developing their Sales strategy. You will develop the profitable growth of this channel through the leadership and support of the Sales Executives. As a Team Leader you will proactively manage customer contacts within this clients brand to maximise lead generation from the commercial centres and develop credible long term business partnerships with the Senior managers To be considered for this position candidates must have experience of working in a target driven environment and be extremely customer service driven and have a strong sales focus, with a contact centre background. THE ROLE * To lead, develop, motivate and support the Sales Executives by setting stretching personal objectives and carrying out robust performance management reviews * Develop and evaluate management information to monitor performance and identify trends. Make or implement recommendations for improving business processes or service * Support the development of lead generation activity through self generation through the this clients Commercial Centres and via customer referral via all marketing functions * Completion of 1-2-1’s, PDP’s, POP’s, salary reviews and appraisals of direct and indirect reports within the required timescales, promoting a well motivated and developed team who provide an excellent sales performance while enhancing the customer experience * Flexible and adaptable to the evolving business needs while having the Ability to identify and resolve issues though effective service delivery * Ensure recruitment, training and colleague development plans are in place to support this company’s succession plans KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE * Must have previous sales management experience with the ability to motivate their team through sales management techniques and coaching * Able to build strong networks and relationships at all levels internally and externally through effective communication * Proven Leadership skills are a must, including Staff retention through effective induction, management, motivation and development * Be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and act as a role model within their team to generate exceptional sale performance and lead generation * Have a proven track record of reaching and over achieving profitable growth targets * Show strong leadership and active practice of a quality customer service ethos coupled with sales REMUNERATION AND PACKAGE DETAILS Competitive salary with the ability to earn up to 70% bonus for over achievement PROCESS and TIMEFRAMES To register your interest in this exciting opportunity please forward your current CV detailing existing remuneration package by email to-dave@callcentreassociates.co.uk candidates with suitable experience will be contacted shortly after.
