Job Description:
My client is one of country's leading social landlords and currently provides affordable homes for nearly 50,000 people in the London area. As part of their commitment to providing outstanding service they operate a Customer Service Centre, based near Waterloo station, which handles phone, email and written contact from both their residents and individuals making enquiries about the housing options available to them. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Manager to take on a 6-12mth maternity cover within the centre, managing 2 Team Leaders and around 40 inbound staff. Applicants should possess a proven track record in contact centre management and be skilled at managing teams handling both verbal and written contact with customers. Excellent performance and quality management skills will also be essential as the organisation prides itself on the quality of service it provides. The closing date for applications is Friday 14th March and interviews will take place 27th/28th March. Applicants must be available to start work by the 1st May (an earlier start can be offered for immediately available candidates).
