One of the leading financial service and insurance organisations in the UK, has an opportunity for an experienced insurance management professional with the ability to lead and direct a team of claims and underwriting personnel within the North West, whilst delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities will include-
• Working to set delivery targets
• Manage and lead change to enhance individual and business potential
• Manage staff recruitment and succession planning
• Full Budget accountability
• Continually revise and develop regional strategy, policy and procedure to enhance and deliver best service standards and best practice.
• Ensure that all process and practice is fully compliant with legislative and regulatory requirements. An insurance background is a pre requisite for this position.
