Our client is a national management services company within the facilities management and office-cleaning marketplace. Currently servicing over 2000 well-known companies throughout the UK, they continually strive to improve the quality of services that they offer and strive to be the UK's market leader within their industry. Currently going through a period of change and restructure, they are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Manager to lead and develop a department of customer service executives, taking inbound calls from existing and potential clients with general enquiries and complaints. Other duties and area's of essential experience include:
• Leading and inspiring the department to achieve constant improvement
• To prepare, recommend and adhere to budget plans systems
• To Identify, Recommend and Introduce Continuous Change
• Recruitment and training of staff
• Motivation and morale of department
• Achievement of agreed weekly, monthly and annual targets and goals
• Weekly, monthly and annual appraisal of staff performance Identifying and recommending changed working processes
• Developing the use of CRM within the Department
• Liaising with external agencies and other clients to adequately serve their needs
• Developing and adhering to detailed Service Level Agreements with other departments and clients Interviews and start dates will be immediate, so don't delay, apply now!
