Our client, a leading UK gaming operator with over 1200 Betting shops throughout the United Kingdom is currently recruiting for their 250 seat Contact Centre based in Barking. Due to the fluctuation in staffing requirements as a direct result of increased advertising, awareness and interest in bookmaking, the Contact Centre requires a Senior MI/Resource Planning Analyst to play a pivotal role in staff forecasting and analysis. As well as analysing, forecasting, planning and implementing staffing rostas, you will also be leading, by example 3 MI/Resource Analysts, identifying and delivering informal training requirements. Essential skills for the role includes:
• In depth knowledge of Resource systems
• Experience of planning and implementing staffing rostas within a Contact Centre
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office, in particular excel
• Experience of team leading/people management A degree of flexibility is also required for the role as you may be required to work irregular shift patterns. An interest in sports or gaming would also be a plus! Interviews will take place immediately, so don't delay, apply now!
