Telemarketing Data Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of the country's leading Insurance suppliers, who is currently recruiting for a Telemarketing Data Analyst. Working with Telemarketing Relationship Manager and their respective TPA's (third party agencies), your responsibility will be to provide statistical analysis and reporting on all telemarketing activity, producing detailed reports to the business including senior management presenting results in a clear, simple and accurate way. You will regularly visit TPA sites, working with the AIG TM Relationship Manager and the TPA data analysts to develop new strategies to drive performance and achieve results. Your main duties will include:
• Data management
• Results analysis
• Forecasting
• Data utilisation and penetration
• Communicating and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Reporting on Agent quality, Sale verification, Cost per sale and Revenue
• Auditing and processing This role requires a self motivated, determined and naturally enthusiastic individual, who is able to take responsibility and ownership for there work whilst working in high pressure sales environment. You will have a positive can do' attitude and be a proactive team player. Experience for this role:
• Substantial and proven experience working in a high volume, sales focused telemarketing environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience working in contact centre environment
• Excellent analytical skills
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office software packages including- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Previous experience in financial industries, specifically insurance
• Very good knowledge of standard telemarketing technology including predictive dialler, scripting tools
