An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a new and rapidly expanding Telco Company based in Hammersmith. The company provides a consultation service to customers regarding digital services, including Television, Internet and Phone Line packages. They currently have a vacancy for an experienced Sales Team Manager. Working closely with the Director of Customer Operations you will be driving sales through the motivation and coaching of Sales agents. As well as this you will be looking at processes and procedures within the Contact Centre relating to SLA's and service delivery. It is in an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company within an exciting market. The role requires:
• Previous Telco Industry experience
