If so, you will know just how to develop the kind of professional rapport our customers have come to expect, in an interesting and enjoyable position with great job prospects. What is the job like? This job involves understanding customer requirements and identifying the best solution in line with company processes and procedures. As the first point of customer contact, you will need to get a buzz from helping people and be able to achieve sales and retention targets. You will need to be motivated to deliver your objectives and be comfortable doing similar types of work each day. The team environment is lively, supportive and co-operative. Together, you will aim to provide 110% customer satisfaction. What will I be doing? The role demands that you deliver the highest levels of customer service, expertly handling and resolving the odd customer complaint along the way. On a day to day basis you will use your first class customer services skills to answer telephone calls and process work, providing guidance and support to others in the team to ensure consistent quality and service standards are met. Following agreed processes, policies and procedures, you will contribute to the delivery of the team targets by achieving your own objectives effectively e.g.: sales and retention, productivity, leakage, budget and customer service targets. In addition to this, you will deliver the relevant brand promise to customers in order to maximise customer retention. What do I need to be successful in this role? Well to start with, you will need to be a driven and motivated team player with a hardworking, can do attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You will need lots of initiative and the ability to multi task to solve a variety of problems. Naturally you will be an expert communicator who can relate well to customers and colleagues alike. Finally a high level of enthusiasm, resilience and a good sense of fun will stand you in good stead for a role with the Royal and Sun Alliance Group.
