Company profile Our client in the leisure industry is a respected household name with a contact centre operating on a single site with 200 seats. Role This role is critical to the enhancement of the customer experience. It involves analysing the performance of the department identifying areas of customer experience improvements and a ensuring culture of continuous improvement exists. You will be working to introduce process and operational change with a cross functional team and managing multiple change projects throughout the organisation. Responsibilities Identifying process improvement opportunities including a reduction in customer contacts. Working closely with colleagues across the organisation to identify areas to improve customer experience. Running of project streams and meetings to budget and time. Working within a multi channel environment. Essential Skills Proven track record in customer service contact centre environment Proven track record of project delivery Ability to work cross functionally Experience of liasing with senior management and also remaining knowledgeable with the front line teams' roles
