Ground Floor Opportunity to Deliver Strategic and Operational Change Manchester Base Basic £65,000, bonus, share options The client is a dominant player in its chosen market - specialist business services - and has established itself as the partner of choice to many of the worlds leading professional service organisations. A listed plc, with its operating divisions showing impressive revenue growth, it has an excellent reputation for innovation and developing products and related support services of the highest quality. With a real desire to enhance the experience for its customer base and responding to the market potential for further rapid growth, the client is embarking on a major investment programme to create a strong new format for service delivery. This is a new critical role, based in their largest division, where you will have strategic management and operational leadership accountability for successfully establishing a multi sited Service Centre configuration. This will involve relationship management at the highest levels with key business contacts, external partners and third parties in ensuring that the highest standards in terms of team performance, quality, cost, continuous improvement and reporting are met. A candidate of considerable ability with the experience and desire to deliver change is required. With a good standard of education, you will have developed an impressive track record in a revenue generating call centre environment and have built your career in a renowned customer facing world class business. A sharp strategic thinker, you will be results orientated with a can do mentality, and the ability to lead from the front, taking a team of people with you. Above all you will be passionate about delighting the customer and engendering this culture in your teams. Technically, a broad understanding of voice and data communications particularly call routing and numbering strategy would be particularly helpful.
