As a Schemes Account Manager you will manage or contribute to the management and development of a portfolio of schemes, driving their profitable growth and development. As a Schemes Account Manager your main responsibilities will involve:
• Contributing to the management of a range of accounts, assisting the responsible Account Managers with the development and implementation of account plans
• Supporting joint marketing activities with the accounts in order to generate business from target customers
• With advice and support from others, progressively taking on greater management responsibility for agreed Accounts, retaining the business, securing renewals and capitalising on opportunities to grow profitable revenue
• Supporting and contributing to sales team activities and initiatives, including New Account development As a Schemes Account Manager your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
• Good working knowledge and understanding of local market and financial services
• Proven ability to establish and maintain good business and working relationships, and identify and work with key stakeholders within an organisation
• Able to apply a range of selling skills and techniques to retain and generate new business
• Able to build and implement account plans
• Experience delivering effective presentations and sales pitches for internal and external audiences What we will be looking for in you: Ideally, you will be committed to continuous development, always striving to improve your personal performance.
