Company Profile: International insurance company which specialises in providing products to individuals, families and businesses is urgently looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager with strong experience in Customer Services. The position is a 6 month contract. Size of Team / Contact Centre: 25 Key Skills / Experience Required:
• Minimum of 3 years project management experience within a customer service environment
• Ideally Project Management qualification
• Experience in setting up a new department and encouraging growth within this area.
• Previous experience in presenting to Senior Management
• Experience of working with internal and external customers at all levels-
• Past experience of problem solving and streamlining processes
• Able to influence decision making and to manage resistance to decisions
• Analytical skills
• Able to demonstrate past achievements in motivating and developing a team
• Highly self-motivated and self-starter.
• Target driven with a need to not just meet but exceed targets Role Profile: This opportunity is for an experienced Project Manager to work on a project alongside the customer services departments. The successful candidate will have strong project management experience within a customer services environment and ideally a project management qualification. Applicants will be responsible for conducting a review of customer services practices and for implementing improved procedures. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the customer service functions and external requirements on these areas
• Analyse current practices and procedures and make recommendations for improvement
• Liaise with department heads to implement stream-lined procedures
• Monitor KPI s to ensure production and quality targets are being met and exceeded.
• Work on campaigns and assignments, delegate tasks to team, ensuring deadlines are met
• Monitor departmental budgets, assist management with achieving results within budget
• Present high level reports to board members
