We have an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager at our outsourcing call centre based in the heart of central Liverpool.

As a Key Account Manager at our Liverpool site the successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic management of one of our long established major client accounts.
As the central liaison point between the client and our Operations, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong business acumen and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
They will have exceptional relationship building skills, be very resilient under pressure and highly flexible with a genuine drive for personal achievement.
They will have previous experience of account management within a fast paced call centre environment and experience of working within the e-commerce/technology industries, or anywhere in Europe, would be a distinct advantage.
