p>Head of Site £50K + Package
International Outsourced Supplier. Due to new business wins, our Client has secured a new site in Bristol which is likely to grow to circa 200 fte this year. The operation is handling both new and existing Client business and encompasses both Sales & Service activity. As the most senior personnel on site, it will fall to you to ensure that the operation meets Clients expectations and that Service Levels are being met. Team Development and Management are also key areas of responsibility - especially given that this is a new site and you will need to ensure that all staff have the proper tools to excel.You will need to work closely with Clients and have a clear understanding of their strategic aims through understanding their issues, key drivers and decision making processes.Ideally candidates will come from an Outsourcing background and have significant experience in a Senior Operational Management role. Bristol.
