This is a fabulous opportunity to work for one of the regions leading leisure brands. My client is relocating their call centre function to the North East and is looking for a team of highly skilled individuals to help them get the operation up and running. Our biggest priority is to recruit 2 team leaders to support the central reservation sales teams.
As team leader you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of up to 12 sales advisors and will primarily focus on the service that your assigned call centre team provides to its valued customers. You will be expected to ensure that the team are achieving revenue and conversion targets and secure repeat business through exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have the following skills;
· experience of managing a team in a contact centre environment
· excellent customer service and communication skills

· experience of conducting appraisals and one to ones
· confident and speedy decision maker
· a team player
· ability to adapt to change
