This is an exciting opportunity to work for an up and coming company in the Newcastle area. The role will involve motivating a team to achieve sales and service targets in a small, personable contact centre environment.
This role is perfect for a candidate who is looking for a varied role as you will also get involved operational issues, supporting internal and external customers and coaching and development.
The ideal candidate will have a natural flair with people and the ability to use their own initiative to solve problems. You will be self motivated and will not hesitate to put forward new ideas and opinions, you will also have experience in motivating a team and delivering coaching and personal development plans.
Previous experience in a similar contact centre environment is a definite advantage but not essential. If you have come from a travel or holiday background we would also love to speak with you. While we are looking for candidates from a team leader background this role is also ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their career
The right candidates will have
· Contact centre experience
· Experience of managing a team
· Coaching and training experience
· Strong personal and communication skills
· Strong organisational skills
· The ability to show a flexible approach to changing circumstances
