Sales Trainer - Call Centre Training – Anglia £18-25,000 basic
This expanding blue chip company requires an experienced Sales Trainer for their 100FTE contact centre. Ideally, candidates will already be well versed in delivering and communicating sales induction and sales coaching training in a call centre environment. Working with quality and compliance objectives, the sales trainer will be key to developing the confidence and ability of new contact centre sales and sales through service advisors and existing sales advisors, to achieve new sales, cross and up selling sales objectives in line with the business objectives. The ability to identify training needs or obstacles, coupled with an enthusiastic, creative, innovative and confident approach to training will be required in a classroom, on the job coaching and 1-2-1 setting.
