Team Leader – Team Manager – Outbound Sales £18-25K basic + benefits, West Yorkshire
This expanding blue chip company require an experienced Sales Team Manager to lead, motivate, coach and develop a team of up to 15 sales advisors. No cold calling is contained as calls will be to existing or lapsed customers to promote a comprehensive and expanding range of additional products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the outbound sales advisers to pro-actively develop new sales opportunities, whist delivering on quality and compliance. Successful candidates will have a genuine enthusiasm and drive to succeed and be able to work with and support the Call Centre Manager in the implementation of business strategies and initiatives. The centre will be open 8 to 8 and a Saturday shift rota will also be included within this position.
