Team Leader ( Contact Centre / Back Office ), Salary circa 20,000 + commission c 2K - ( package c. 22K + pension + benefits ) - Warwickshire
This is an opportunity to join a leading regional employer, with an excellent reputation for delivering ‘first class’ customer service and continued staff training and development.
You will be responsible for the ‘day-to-day’ management of a team of telephony and administration advisors tasked with providing an efficient and high quality service to all customers. Duties will include responsibility for the motivation, coaching and future development of your team towards achieving all required service levels and KPI’s.
The ideal candidate will show a demonstrable commitment to the provision of excellent customer service at all times and have supervisory / management experience from within a contact centre / back office environment. You will be an effective communicator with the ability to motivate your team towards high performance levels, adopt a “first call resolution” approach and be able to develop strong, positive relations with your peers.
