This is an opportunity to join this leading UK business, which has already achieved exceptional growth, profitability and industry accolades. Offering a comprehensive range of solutions within the capital equipment rentals market, the business provides solutions to a wide range of business and markets and is committed to delivering an individual service and support, to not meet and exceed their customer requirements.
To support their ongoing growth plans they now seek an experienced, commercially driven Regional Operations Manager/Customer Services Manager to develop their North Eastern region of depots. Managing a team of approximately 30 individuals in a demand fulfilment capacity, responsibilities will include; operational logistics, transport and delivery functions, a £multi million turnover region and profit and loss. Additionally the role will be responsible for all recruitment, training and performance issues across the sites, whilst enhancing customer service levels and service fulfilment.
Additionally the business requires an individual who has the ability to establish, develop and implement additional or enhanced systems, process and procedures to facilitate the ongoing expansion and profitability of the region and business operations.
This is a key position within the business reporting to a Board Director and will require a hands on, results driven, down to earth individual who can make things happen. This role will require regular travel to different sites in the Yorkshire, Humberside and Tyne & Wear areas.
