Customer Services Manager – Claims Manager, Insurance Services.
North West £40-60,000 basic, bonus, car scheme, benefits.
One of the leading financial service and insurance organisations in the UK, has an opportunity for an experienced insurance management professional with the ability to lead and direct a team of claims and underwriting personnel within the North West, whilst delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities will include;
Working to set delivery targets
Manage and lead change to enhance individual and business potential
Manage staff recruitment and succession planning
Full Budget accountability
Continually revise and develop regional strategy, policy and procedure to enhance and deliver best service standards and best practice.
Ensure that all process and practice is fully compliant with legislative and regulatory requirements.
An insurance background is a pre requisite for this position.
