Size of Team / Contact Centre:
300 FTE
Key Skills / Experience Required:
• Previous dealing with presenting to Clients and face-to-face meetings.
• Minimum of two years as an Account Manager.
• Previously working in an Outsourcing environment ideal but not essential
• The ability to communicate effectively to any level of management.
• Previous experience of collating, analysing and presenting account information to relevant development and management team on a regular basis/at agreed intervals
Role Profile:
To build and maintain successful relationships with multiple client accounts in order to achieve business in Excellence. Working with the Business Development Team in the growth of development of existing client accounts and actively participating in the pursuit of new clients and the bid process
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the day to day financial and budgetary management of designated client accounts, to ensure they maintain within agreed parameters to generate profit
• To facilitate the escalation communication process between the client and the Arvato business to maintain the highest levels of satisfaction across all designated client accounts.
• Ownership and cultivation of excellent working relationships with each client to preserve continuity of existing business and opportunities for future business growth
