The Company
An excellent opportunity to work for one of the leading blue chip companies based in the North East. Our client due to a massive expansion within the business is looking to recruit a Business Analyst to organize, collate and interpret data to support project decisions to scope / estimate benefits and to use proven processes whilst ensuring the continuous delivery of all KPIS and SLAS.
The Role
Key accountabilities of the role include
• To act as the main point of contact between the Client and Operation
• Working with the Project Manager to assist with the project lifecycle to ensure appropriate solution testing and review of benefits.
• The implementation and design of standard processes and material for contact centres , ensuring this meets all operational requirements
• The execution of tests to ensure user capability of agreed solutions
• The continuous communication with external suppliers / clients to build and maintain effective working relationships
• Provide support and aid the implementation of projects and monitoring of performance
• To develop interfaces with systems and ACD personnel to ensure that all reports are delivered within agreed timescales
• The preparation of Management Information according to requirements and changes to global operations
Knowledge and Experience
• Strong project management and process management skills
• Fantastic verbal and written communication skills
• Strong reporting and analytical experience
• Experience of a planning environment within a call centre function
• Excellent time management and ability to work on own initiative
• Project management skills
• Ability to analyse data in to operational terms and make recommendations
• Good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint etc
