Artis Recruitment are pleased to be working with this South West based service sector Client Growing organically and by acquisition, they are strengthening their contact centre/transaction processing function (of nearly 800 inbound and outbound seats) to create a platform for further growth.
They seek to base their growth plans on service excellence and require outstanding contact centre professionals to drive this. The requirement is for the design of a Contact Centre environment focussed on the delivery of service excellence, achieved through efficient and effective targeting and delivery of performance. The need is to bring clarity, discipline and capability to sustain performance to meet demanding KPI's & customer requirements... "right first time". The objective is to constantly refine the operating model and then execute it to ensure they remain ahead of the competition.
Are you a hands-on leader and motivator, linking service execution to business need, translating business targets to day to day delivery to improve the customer experience? You are used to meeting demanding SLA's and KPI's, maybe in a 24/7 environment. You have between 5 and 10 years' Contact Centre management experience. You exploit sophisticated workforce management and telephony tools like Avaya and CMS and harness capacity forecasting methodologies to optimise resource allocation.
