A role currently exists within our city centre Clients Customer Service Operation for an experienced Operations Manager. The role available due to organic organic growth exists to provide Team Managers with the leadership and environment to deliver excellent customer service, achieve sales targets and deliver customer and adviser satisfaction in a manner entirely consistent with the vision and values of the business.
In addition to this the successful applicant will inspire followship in their own actions and will demonstrate the core values and behaviours for which the company have been known for, a market leader in their field.
The accountability for operational delivery rests very clearly with this role. The level of complexity is high as this is a business that is going through necessary change in order to meet more demanding growth, quality and efficiency targets.
If you have the following experience and can readily demonstrate these core role competencies apply today:
5-10 years management experience in a customer and service delivery environment, within the contact centre industry.
Experience of remaining objective, cool and unflappable under pressure.
Experience of delivery to targets in a pressured service environment.
Ability to assimilate data and to respond flexibly to changing circumstances.
