Job Description:

THE COMPANY

Due to substantial growth, this hugely successful organisation has a new and exciting opportunity for an outstanding individual to head up the training and recruitment functions of our highly successful UK Contact Centre division.

If you have experience of managing strategic operational training, development, recruitment and resource management we want to hear from you.

THE ROLE

  • Overall responsibility for the design & delivery of training, development strategy & methodology in line with a continuous improvement programme, ensuring consistency across the Contact Centres and wider organisation
  • You will lead a Training team consisting of a Training Manager and a team of specialist trainers
  • Review and formulate training policy and practice
  • Design and delivery of management development programmes at senior management levels
  • Ensure FTE requirements for new and existing campaigns are delivered meeting time, quality and cost efficiencies
  • Contribute to effective delivery of training in line with ‘Exceptional Customer Experience’ initiatives
  • Taking full ownership of the Training performance – working closely with Senior Managers to manage performance and identify any issues through regular performance discussions
  • To promote a strong customer care culture based on company strategy, standards & policies

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong experience of delivering resource and development strategies and evidence of turning strategy into reality
  • Goood understanding of the principles and methods of designing and delivering training schemes – including coaching, mentoring & performance consulting, recruitment & selection
  • High level of interest in people management – motivating, developing and directing people as they work, identifying the best people for the job
  • Extensive knowledge of competency based assessment frameworks
  • Ideally CIPD qualified and a trained assessor
  • Over comes problems with strong solutions – possess a can do approach
  • Experience of working in both sales and service Training environments

REMUNERATION PACKAGE

  • Upto £36K Basic Salary Per Annum
