THE COMPANY
A large blue-chip client contact centre and telemarketing organisation has a new and exciting opportunity for an experienced Training Manager to lead their Training department during this positive time of growth.
Reporting into the Group Resource and Development Manager you will be responsible for the processes that helps to identify employee’s induction, training and development needs and the design, delivery and evaluation of training, so that the employees are able to meet performance and development objectives

THE ROLE
- To be responsible for the implementation and management of the full training cycle
- Take overall responsibility for designing, delivering and evaluating the effectiveness and quality of all training interventions and workshops for Management and Communicators
- Review existing induction & training programmes, revise their content to ensure that they reflect the needs of the business and the employee, enabling a first class customer service
- Design training plans that address key performance areas through interventions and workshops. In particular, the design and delivery of training for all new business
- To supervise the activity of trainers and training support
- Work closely with the operational managers to understand the Training requirements
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- You must have experience of training through all stages of the training cycle, incorporating the planning, design, delivery and evaluation of training
- Training experience in an inbound and outbound Contact Centre environment is a must have
- Ability to quickly assimilate and adapt information and convert into exceptional training delivery
- Excellent coaching skills, with the ability to develop individuals performance
- Good knowledge of competency based assessment frameworks
REMUNERATION PACKAGE
- Upto £28K Basic Salary Per Annum
