THE COMPANY
An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of our prestigeous clients within there Training function. We are looking for an outstanding individual to design, deliver and evaluate of our training programme of our highly successful UK Contact Centre division.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, facilitation and evaluation of training to front line agents and managers, so that the employees are able to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
THE ROLE
- Assist the Training Manager in the production and ongoing development of a structured contact centre training and development programme
- Delivery of a formal training and development programme to the contact centre team
- Ongoing evaluation of existing induction and training courses and make recommednations for continuous improvement
- Production of reports and evaluations when required upon
- Act as point of escalation in absence of the Training Manager
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
- Strong proven experience in delivering training and training needs analysis within an inbound/outbound ccontact centre environment
- Ability to identify individual and team training needs and contribute to appropriate training programmes
- Experience and ability to work on own initiative with excellent time management and attention to detail
- Ability to quickly assimilate and adapt information and convert into exceptional training delivery
- Strong experience in coaching, mentoring and developing others in a complex fast paced environment
- A real zest for life, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
REMUNERATION PACKAGE
- Upto £23K Basic Salary Per Annum
