The role purpose is to led, develop and drive the management team in a customer service site providing Customer Support in a department experiencing significant growth/change.

The role of the Centre Manager is to lead and build the capabilities of a team of up to ten Team Managers to achieve challenging targets and operational standards.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to improve performance and introduce significant change in a people and customer focussed environment.

Skills and experience:

• Experience as a Contact Centre Manager with a broad spread of responsibilities
• Excellent people management & leadership skills with experience of established managing teams through change
• Experience of driving performance
