Our client a leader within there field, require a business minded inspirational Head of Site, to manage, direct and drive this successful outsourcing business. Our client enjoys outstanding consumer recognition, customer preference and a reputation for operational excellence.
As Head of site you will be reporting to the Contact Centre Regional Director, you will have complete and total accountability for the strategic direction and financial contribution of the site.
The Role
• Full P&L and Budgetary responsibility
• Full responsibility for this 500+ seat operation
• Supports the business and the client in achieving profitably goals
• Responsible for operating systems, policies and procedure within the site including development, implementation, and continual improvement of processes to best achieve overall business goals
• Responsible for leading process improvement plans
• Generating and delivering a programme of successful change initiatives.
• Provides leadership, management and succession planning to the leadership team
Experience
• Successful and sustainable track record of working within the Outsourcing/BPO space
• Extensive experience of managing and developing client relationships
• Profitable Business Growth
• Change Manager who thinks operationally and strategically to achieve business goals and objectives
• Strong commercial management skills
• Excellent Leadership skills
• Strong project manager with exceptional planning skills in order to successfully manage and drive multiple projects
• Excellent communication skills
