Working from the outbound dialler and handling incoming calls the role includes:
• High volume of customer contact
• Resolving customer queries effectively
• Use of appropriate systems for effective decision-making.
• Ensuring data is updated accurately.
We are keen to talk to applicants already experienced in customer collections or those looking to expand existing customer service or sales skills within a challenging environment, where a positive approach, ability to negotiate, risk awareness and empathy are key.

The department operates between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am until 5pm on Saturday, you will work 37.5 hours on a shift pattern.
You will need:
• Excellent telephone manner
• Ability to remain calm and professional
• Excellent communication skills
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure with positive attitude
• Enthusiastic in approach to change and innovation
• Good listening and critical reasoning skills
• Flexibility when required
• Team skills
• PC literacy
Also useful would be:
• Knowledge of mobile telecommunications industry
• Knowledge of data protection act desirable
• Ability to balance customer retention and relationship management
• Familiarity with predictive dialler technology desirable
