This is a rare opportunity to join an International multi faceted business that currently requires 2 talented and experienced forecasters to take a senior role within their Contact centre’s Forecasting team
Company Profile:
Reporting to the Forecasting manager the successful candidates will take a senior role within a team of 3 Forecasting Analysts who deal with all forecasting for a 1000 + Contact centre
Key Skills / Experience Required:
• Numeracy and PC skills including using WFM tools
• Detailed knowledge of relevant call centre processes
• Previous experience in a commercial, shift environment forecasting resources
• Previous analytical experience an advantage
Preferable:
• Totalview would be preferable
• Experience of forecasting in a call centre back office environment
• Experience of working with 3rd parties or within an outsourcing environment would also be beneficial
Role Profile:
• Delivery of monthly, weekly and daily forecasts of call and other channel volume
• Utilise the available analytical models for forecasting and financial budgeting
• Ensure the monthly production of a rolling 12 month long term and short term 8 week plan for call volumes, resource requirements, use of seating capacity.
• Plan daily and weekly levels for manageable variable activity i.e. training, annual leave.
• Produce weekly call forecasts agreed with the business (e.g. brand directors) in accordance with agreed time scales
• Analyse past trends including monitoring of shrinkage factors- annual leave, training, meetings etc, and use this to support daily/weekly/monthly forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accuracy of forecasts at weekly and daily level
• Compliance with time scales within the business processes
• Achievement of call handling results
• The compliance of the agreed forecasting process
