Our client a niche specialist organisation is looking to recruit, inspirational, visual, hands on manager to drive and grow this operation to 150FTE.
Our client is looking to become a leader within there field, the founders are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial contact centre leader to join and deliver the rapid growth expectations. The pace will be frenetic and the potential rewards significant.
The Role
• Responsible for managing and growing the contact centre
• Driving the quality of the sales consultation delivered by the team
• Managing the teams ability to close the sale and hit the sales targets and conversion rates within the business plan
• Overall responsibility for the growth and development of this core business area – including development of contact centre strategy, plans and budgets.
• Hands on management of the contact centre teams to ensure quality of service delivered, delivery of sales and conversion rate targets
• Recruitment and growth - development of training programmes
• Management of efficient contact centre processes and procedures
• contribution to the overall management and direction of the development of the company
Experience
• Highly experienced contact centre sales manager, used to meeting aggressive sales and conversion targets whilst delivering a high quality customer experience
• Significant intellect and proven success in their career to date
• Highly self motivated and entrepreneurial outlook, prepared to contribute very significantly to the growth of a start-up with very significant ambitions
• Significant experience within either the Digital/Telecoms market.
• Significant experience of managing contact centre operations and delivering contact centre targets
