Head of Customer Service, Head of Service Support – Operations, South West to £60,000 base, bonus + bens.
This company are currently experiencing growth and continued success, providing a whole range of services within the insurance market. Due to an operational restructure they now have a position for an experienced individual to take responsibility for their Service Support function
This role will look to deliver operational plans in response with agreed corporate strategy, to create and retain a structure within Operations that is able to efficiently and effectively manage existing and potential new business in line with client requirements
You will be the key point of contact within Operations for the development and implementation of new business.
Working with other Heads of set the day to day framework within which Operations staff work to deliver excellent service to customers within a particular location. Provide direction and support to specific Operations Managers and their teams in support of excellent service and delivery targets.
Ensure that all service delivery is not only compliant but constantly evolving and improving in response to customer requirements.
To ensure that evolving business requirements for Service Support are clearly defined.
Ensure that the SLA and financial performance of the Division is in line with budgets and targets.
