Customer Service Team Manager
Overview:
Our client, a prestigious & well-established contact centre based in Preston, is seeking an inspirational & motivational Team Leader with the ability to manage & lead a team of customer service agents.
The purpose of this role is to provide on going day to day management of team activities, ensuring work activities meet business demands. You will achieve this by agreeing, monitoring and achieving team and individual performance targets and service standards.
Responsibilities:
You will be conducting 1-to-1’s & utilising your training & coaching skills to assess individual’s performance & putting in to place personal development plans to ensure that each agent is making a significant contribution to the overall performance of the team. As such you will be skilled at identifying & developing both high & low achievers.
You will be a skilled communicator with the ability to communicate the performance development planning process for your team, agreeing challenging performance objectives and measures, providing regular and ongoing feedback and an honest assessment of performance
You will be utilising your motivational skills to create an empowering environment for your team encouraging individual ownership & the attainment of team targets
Skills:
The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills with the ability to build a rapport at all levels. You will be experienced in preparing reports & presenting your findings to senior management.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working as a contact centre Team Leader with experience of customer service & driving a team to reach targets. You will be bright & professional with a genuine desire to succeed in the contact centre industry.
In return for your dedication you will receive a competitive package.
Full time flexible between 7am – 11pm over 7 days
Upto £22,000 + bonus
23 days holiday
