Co-ordinating and booking flights, choosing resorts and hotels, negotiating rates and room types and then working out how to promote and present this information is just the start of the process. Once the customer actually arrives on holiday, arranging transport to their accommodation, providing meals, special excursions and activities is only the next stage of the journey.
It will come as no surprise, therefore, that to make the whole operation run smoothly and efficiently, as it needs to, we have to ensure we employ the very best people.
It doesn't matter whether you are an overseas representative, an information technology expert, or a member of our customer service team - all of these roles are critical to ensuring our long-term success.
The Role
We have a number of roles within the business; they all involve dealing with our customers
Within our Customer Service role you are dealing with all pre-flight questions our customers have.
· Our holiday line gives all our customers who are currently on one of our holidays 24hrs access to us in the UK
· Exchange gives you the information you need to help and support our retail outlets plus many more
· These are no ordinary call centre jobs. Working in one of our call centres you could be part of any of our tea
The ideal Candidates
· Confident Manner
· Previous experience of working within the Travel industry a definite advantage but not essential for all roles
· Strong communication skills
· Previous experience of working within any Customer Services environment essential
· Experience of handling conflict/complex complaints
· Must be PC Literate
