The Role
To support the organisational goals and strategic direction, support the Telemarketing strategy by managing external vendors and campaign performance.
• Implement telemarketing Strategy through all telephony channels
• Effective vendor management
• To Co ordinate and drive campaign performance and execution at each external vendor sites
• Manage and approve all stages of the telemarketing creative process with outsourced vendors
• Work with external vendors to ensure quality & compliance for all campaign Telemarketing
• Drive production efficiencies through dialer performance, agent performance and ensuring key floor variables
• Ensure that activity meets all campaign KPIs
• Manage outsourced telemarketing vendor relationships, ensuring a quality, compliant telemarketing environment
• Manage outsourced client relationships where client conducts telemarketing activities on our products , influencing outcomes, highlighting deficiencies and ensuring that activities are being conducted in a quality way
• Ensuring that amongst all external telemarketing relationships the activity is compliant with all relevant legislations and regulatory requirements
• Project Manage implementation of new activity at external vendors
Knowledge & Experience
• Minimum 3 years experience in telemarketing or call center operations
• Client facing or vendor facing experience
• Proven Excel PowerPoint and Word skills
• Proven telemarketing campaign planning skills
• Telemarketing campaign and data analysis skills to drive performance change
• Specialisation in at least one of the following – Outbound Telemarketing, Inbound, VRU (IVR) marketing
