The Role
The purpose of the role is to plan and execute the Telemarketing Strategy through all telephony channels including outbound Telemarketing and inbound Sales and service channels. Coordinate and evaluate campaign performance and execution thorough effective management and coordination of in-house or outsourced parties.
• Evaluation of new telemarketing opportunities
• Asses, evaluate, monitor and communicate telemarketing performance
• Provide senior managers with comparative results for benchmarking performance
• Review strategy with Director of Marketing in relation to the business strategy
• Analyse/review hurdles for all initiatives
• Prepare and present changes to monthly assumptions for assigned clients
• Maintaining scripts/updates for assigned campaigns
• Manage and approve all stages of the creative process with agencies
• Final approvals for script and telemarketing executions
• Campaign call monitoring to ensure compliance with creative strategy
• Manage outsourced telemarketing vendor relationships, ensuring a quality, compliant telemarketing environment
Knowledge & Experience
• Proven Budgetary management and planning skills
• Client facing experience with direct exposure to the business development process
• Effective communicator
• Ability to continually prioritise strategic and tactical marketing initiatives to meet changing business objectives
• Proven track record in managing internal and external agencies
• Outbound Telemarketing vendor management experience
