THE COMPANY
Our client is an extremely large blue-chip organisation based in the financial business sector. This organisation are well branded and highly regarded as the most reputable organisation and market leaders in this sector. We are currently seeking an individual who has a strong background of ensuring a first class quality customer experience with a strategic overview of the contact centre environment
THE ROLE
With this role you will be responsible for the overview of the quality of service within numerous sites
• Champion the customer and principles across all channels
• Remote call monitoring
• Identifying emerging trends and key areas for Customer Service first contact resolution
• Quantify all identified business initiatives
• Provide strong leadership and training to direct reports
• Provide strong leadership and training to offshore team
• Relationship building with key stakeholders in the organisation and 3rd party suppliers
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Skilled in identifying opportunities for future growth and value adding activities through to implementation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the business structure and working practices.
• A comprehensive knowledge of the products and services offered by the business
• Proven track record in driving performance through relationship developing and influencing a wide customer base
• A proven ability in analysis and problem solve, gather data and facts to make cost effective value adding decisions.
• An ability to analyse and forecast customer trends, developing and implementing quality steps to reduce risks
REMUNERATION AND PACKAGE DETAILS
