As Head of Customer Support, you will ensure that our three global customer support hubs are equipped to deal with the challenges associated with providing a world-class service, including working with a number of local, in-country Support Executives for local language assistance.

Your main responsibilities as Head of Customer Support will involve:
- Building and developing infrastructure, teams and processes to ensure that the support organisation remains ahead of customer needs
- Planning and delivering a world-class support organisation taking into account a growth rate of 50 new enterprise customers per month
- Promoting a culture that recognises that the quality of a support organisation is the primary contributor for customer referencability
Your skills and qualifications as Head of Customer Support will ideally include:
- An obsession with quality, including linking support performance to increased customer success
- Unparalleled experiences building and running global support teams within a vendor environment
- Strong service level management skills supported by a demonstrated strategic approach to building a support organisation
- Passionate, driven and with the ability to make things happen
