Workforce Manager To £56K Basic + 20% Bonus + Package
Established Financial Services company with multi sites. Leading a team of nine, you will provide long and short term planning for Sales and Operations. You will also be responsible for the provision of analysis and results for the department. Another dimension of the role is to work/lead on company wide projects and change initiatives as and when required and therefore you will need to possess strong interpersonal skills and actively develop relations with other departments. People management skills are also important as you will be directing, training and motivating a team and have responsibility for their career development. You will need to have a strong Resource Planning background and extensive management experience - ideally in a Financial Services environment. Knowledge of Aspect, Avaya and Verint would be very useful. South Wales.
