Main Purpose of job:
To implement, manage and consult on the client reporting . The Senior Management Information Analyst is responsible for the delivery of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Client Reporting suites. To support the Client Intelligence and Management Information Manager by owning the MI relationship with the allocated clients, engaging the client and their representatives at all levels. To interrogate and interpret the data captured in the National Contact Centre through monitoring contact logging options and accuracy, contact reduction initiatives, call quality analysis. Delivering results in conjunction with the Client Intelligence Manager and the Process Improvement Manager.
Managing a team of Management Information Analysts
Responsible for the delivery and accuracy of all reporting packs associated with the client.
Responsible for the delivery and support of process improvement initiatives through relevant MI – monitoring the performance of initiatives against their goals
Key direct interface with external and internal clients providing specialist knowledge in forums such as CATS on previous months performance and what factors will influence the forthcoming month.
Support the “Client Intelligence Managers” and “Management Information and Analysis Manager” (Senior MI Managers) and own the MI relationship.
Influence clients using the findings developed by the Management Information Analysts to focus the MI on measures that can drive performance and uncover customer segments that generate the largest % of revenue.
Experience.
At least 3 years in a results driven Information environment (Preferably within Call Centre) including experience of Management Information; Marketing Database analysis and Project Management.
Business Objects and or equivalent. Can demonstrate ability to operate and work at Advanced level report writing. Knowledge and application of Business Objects accessing Multiple Universes·
